Opis
We all kno what happened to pinhead in that Episode of Spongebob, but unfortunately for you, you're now Pinhead in Left 4 dead! Better kill them hunters quick, 'cause they coming for ya Pinhead!
Another request from Werewolf man. I had to cut some of it off to make it work better, but there's still a good amount with only a little bit of speed increased. Thanks and have fun!

the most perfect thing someone could make would be a hibernation sandy model for the tank with those lines... but i don't think they have any games with a model of her, so it'd have to be made from scratch by some pro...
she was pretty much the tank in that episode anyway.
