Sim, agora é possível alterar a aparência de seu personagem, para fazer tal alteração você precisa ter desbloqueado a área Catedral das Profundezas, então terá que procurar a NPC chamada Rosaria que vai te oferecer um pacto com conquista e também as opções de realocar os pontos de atributos e também sua aparência.

Atenção, para fazer tais alterações é preciso o ítem LÍNGUA PÁLIDA e só pode ser feito 5 vezes por cada NG.

Segue um vídeo ensinando como chegar na Rosario (o vídeo não é de minha criação, créditos ao autor)

Yes, now is possible change the appearance of your character, to do this you need to have unlocked the Cathedral of the deep, then you have to look for the NPC called Rosaria, Rosaria will offer you a covenant with achievement and also the options to reallocate the attribute points and also their appearance.

Attention, to make these changes you need the item PALE TONGUE and can only be done 5 times for each NG.

One quick question to OP: which one of those is true?
1) 5 times is a limit on changing apperance AND rellocating points
2) 5 times is a limit on changing apperance AND 5 times is a limit on rellocating points
3) 5 times is a limit on changing apperance WHEN rellocating points doesnt have any limit

Questions under me:
Yes, by changing apperance it means going back into whole character editor with look, gender, voice, hair, color etc.
