After I played the game for a while I found some interesting radio signals you can hear in this game. I have 2 signals which are quiet interesting. You can write in the comments If you found more interesting signals and/or want to translate a Signal.

1. The Buzzer / UVB-76[en.wikipedia.org] / 3689390895.ogg & 3764720.ogg (In Steam Folder)
The Buzzer can be found if you are searching for the first signal. The Buzzing sound repeats ~25 tones per minute and can be heard in real life since 1973 24/7 at 4625 and 6998 kHz AM. The Signal is located in Russia. Some more info and the actual location can be found at http://uvb-76.net/. Some other info about the rare russian military transmissions between the buzzer can be found at http://priyom.org/.
If you wan't to hear the live buzzing than tune-in: UVB-76[websdr.ewi.utwente.nl] and copy paste 4625.00 in the Frequency.

After you found the 2nd signal you will come along a small radio tower which is receiving a signal with a man speaking in german.

German: Und da haben wir doch mal mit den eigen Gerät, das war damals ein (kubanischer) [...] Amerikanischer dinger mit 2 Vektor [...] drin. Und ein 6V6 das war ne, amerikanische Stahlröhre die fungierte da als Oszillator, und mit einem (reingeschlüpfte)

English: And their we have our own device, which was then a (Cuban) [...] American things with 2 Vector [...] inside. And a 6V6[en.wikipedia.org] that was a, American steel tube which acted as an oscillator, and with a [...]

u can try recognize it with Artemis ( a lib of signals sounds and graf - www_markslab_tk )
and decode some with MSSTV MMTTY fldigi & etc sw 73!

8887976028 and 8369454363 are probably beacons

1401744723 - German Amateur radio - HF SSB (single sideband)

2597032395 - HF (high frequency) telex/teletype, mostly used by ships at sea or amateur radio

3764711 - Some kind of paging signal

3764712/3764713/3764714 - CW aka Morse code

3764721 - Air traffic control

@Hybrid#9 Their was an update since 17.04.16 that deleted the filder "package". You can play the game in beta to return to the older state of Antenna and get the folder package.
I opened the files with the Firefox browser but VLC would also do the job
