This method seems like you'd get caught trespassing more often than not so using the pipe can give Silent Assassin

Another method is to sneak into the room next to those guards- there's a door there, and a single auction staff member in the room who doesn't move- and then climb off the balcony and up the pipe.

The AI is the worst part of the game. For me the only and biggest dissappointment so far.
