Make sure you have Prop Anarchy installed, then go into the "decoration" submenu (bench icon) under the props menu (shovel icon). Hope that helps! :)

This is AWESOME! The first thing that comes to my mind are generic signs like: Airport, Harbor, Zoo, Downtown, University, etc.
