When it doesn't work, launch SDK go to Edit search paths and put worshop above everthing. Then it should work.

When you need a Material Fix for any TF2 model in SFM let me know.

I have a problem, the actual hat is fine for its materials but the class badge (the gold badge on the front of the hat) has a big black square around it, any advice?

It's not a model and i can't use it as a material.
