Car info and settings
5.1 MB is because it contains 2 color sets in one (two .crp files of the car). One color set is 2.5 MB in size.
It is possible to disable/enable individual color sets (out of two) in Content Manager.

@JX3D97, You are right, I don't take requests for now, unfortunately. To make car completely from scratch it would take too much time and effort, so I use high poly models as a base (surface), then make my own low poly mesh for C:SL and finally bake textures from highpoly to lowpoly model. I still have a lot of high poly models prepared, so those should come first.
