It needs RICO to work - thats all. You can use it without any other mods/assets. But I recomend You to subscribe on all my RICO 83 series buildings becouse they all are modular sections for long houses like on screenshots in description.

What do you mean by HDR ?
AFAIK, the game only supports 8-bit RGB.
