Okay so this one I found was quite tedious, but I managed to do it none the less, what you wanna do is first make sure you go through the game and complete it on any difficulty within 4 hours, or under, what this does is it unlocked the unlimited RPG, make sure you turn on unlimted ammo when starting the game/chapters.

Once you've done this, I went through on easy cause it was the best to go for, since the enemies can't one hit you, I ran through all levels getting an S, now I tried to speed run, not kill anything but bosses, that just doesn't work...why? cause you need a certain amount of enemies killed in order to get that S, what I found was as long as you are getting three S's, say, time, enemies and no deaths, then if your acuracy is an A or B, it counts towards an S and you get the S at the end of the chapter, this is to unlock that last darn action figure of Wesker lol, but I actually had never gotten this until I was on PC.

Use of the unlimited RPG is recommended but not needed if you have better acuracy then me,

When your on the level with Excella Uroboros, you actually need to draw out the battle and kill the little things that spawn and drop you ammo, and healing herbs, stuff like that, good place to stock pile for later on in advanced mode, if you don't kill enough for a B or A, you'll have to go back for the S, its annoying I know.

You can one shot Wesker at the end of the game, when he exposes his heart, shoot him in the back with your unlimted RPG and one hit K.O!
