250 g Margarine
200 g Sugar
2 Eggs
3 soup spoon Cocoa powder
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Cloves
170 g Hazelnuts
300 g Flour
16g Baking soda
30 g Flour
400 g Marmelade

Mix margarine, sugar and Eggs add 3 soup spoon cocoa powder, 2 teaspoon heaped cinnamon,
1 teaspoon milled cloves, 170g hazelnuts, 300g flour, 16g baking soda. Take a 26cm cake tin sprinkle it with 30g flour now take 3/4 of the pastry, and fill it in the cake tin. Fill in 400g plum
marmelade and put the remaining pastry on the marmelade (Photo). Bake it 35 minutes on 180°C
Sprinkle sugar on the top if you want.
