UA: Check 'Em
At the beginning of your turn, receive an Empire-wide Production bonus if the total value of any yield of these types: Science, Culture, Faith, Gold, ends in consecutive repeating digits; other Civs enter Anarchy with 4+ repeating digits.

UU: Double-action Rifleman (Rifleman)
At the beginning of your turn, if its current HP value ends in consecutive repeating digits, it gains +22% Combat Strength when attacking, and gains an additional attack that turn.

UB: Dorsia (Hospital)
No gold maintenance and has a Merchant slot. At the beginning of your turn, if the current value of the Population of the City ends in repeating digits, the city receives a huge lump sum of ] Food.
