*4x2 lot that will expand to 4x3 or 4x4 if space is available.
*4 color variations

Model:

Main model - 1,773 tris, 1024x1024 textures
LOD model - 81 tris, 128x128 textures

This asset although it is 4x3 but in-game it is actually 4x4 because of the backyard. The backyard is spilling onto the street.

do i zone a 4x4 square and this will grow into it? I am thinking of making a "district/scene/whatever its called" with just these style houses, but im not sure if i need to make random, 3x3s, 4x2s, 4x4s zones. Thank you! :-)

Not on the workshop, but you can use a Search Box mod to find these houses in the UI and plop them, and use the Disable-Zone-Check mod to make sure they don't disappear after plopping.
