After teh scene of the night sky and star, your mom will lead you here and the game will prompt you to use your scent ability to catalog the memory.

So as soon as you leave the river where you wake up, and crawl through the hole, hug the left cliff wall. You'll jump up a series of ledges and pass through a narrow valley. Once this opens up into a wider area, look to your right and you should see mushrooms. Move over there and the mushroom ring is on the ledge.

In the same level as #2, after you use the scent ability to see the spirit lynx, stick to the right side and explore off on that hill nearby for this one.

This one is a bit tricky. After you pass the pond with the last swan and the golden egg rare item, climb up the tree and start navigating the twisting rock ledge upwards, pretty high up (after the ravine you jump, after the 'tunnel' of rock with a very steep hill)n you will come to a series of ledge 'stairs'. Go to the left of those and look,t here should be another set of 'stairs' going down. Follow those and then go down the path, and you'll see a fallen tree trunk that will let you walk over to this memory ring.

You need the bear for this one.

Just after waking him up, leading him back the way you came to the bushes with the fruit (they show up as white dots when scenting)

He'll eat these, revealing ledges you can climb up to get to the memory ring.

After climbing the fallen tree with the bear's help, he needs to eat some bushes. As you're heading up the path, to your left will be a bush you can walk through and some bushes with fruit he needs to eat (you can see them if you scent to notice the white orbs)

After eating these, go through the passage revealed and all the way back to find this memory ring!

After you cross the lake you head up hill. You'll see two rocks in the middle of the path. When you get between these, look to your right and you should see a gap you can go through to find this memory ring.

This one is a bit tricky, but if you follow the path you basically walk right into it. After waking up with Mr. Bear (Ms. Bear?) you head off after the foot prints. You start going on a downward, narrow path that twists and turns. You'll see a bush, with fireflies behind it. Walking through that gets you this memory.

After going through the wide open misty area, you'll go through a s mall tunnel and walk around to see another expanse of fog, with 'islands' of rock ledges.

To get this memory, you HAVE to make it to the ledge on the far side with the fire flies. If the fox knocks you out and the bear saves you, you do NOT get this memory.

The trick here is to take your time and be patient. Sprint to a rock ledge, STOP, and THEN jump. If you jump while sprinting you will hit the rock and fall down, enabling the fox to get you.

Go from island to island until you reach the firefly ledge, STOP, and jump. Remember, you will fail this if you sprint and jump.

When the footprints curve around and go up, keep going straight and the mushroom ring is right there.

No matter what you choose, this one is just past the Den where either your family or you and the bear go to sleep. On the bear choice it is a little farther away and has more mushrooms around it, while in the family one (pictured) the area looks a little neater with less mushrooms

Complete the game, let the credits roll...re-open the saved game, and ta-da! you have the final piece
