When homes in on my map upgrade to level 5, these don't appear, and I have the theme/district style set. What do I do?

Uh... no? There was an old "Neo Eclectic Home" set that was deleted by the creator, but these aren't those, they're entirely different houses, models, custom-made, and in a different eclectic style than those.
