You should try your best to give a character their loved gifts during their birthday as this will significantly increase their heart meter.

Each Heart represents 250 points.

A loved gift is worth 80 points while a liked gift is worth 45 points.

On their birthday, a gift is worth 8 times more!
Thats like 2.5 worth of hearts for a loved gift!!!
