Realistic high-resolution Gauges for Iveco Stralis

Features:
-Changed interior texture for Normal variant to make it less "outstanding"
-New UK interior Speedometer with MPH overlaid on KPH markings
-HD Speedometer, Rev Counter, Fuel and Temperature Gauges
-Increased speedometer's maximum speed to 130km/h as in real-life
-HD textures for steering wheel buttons
-Better textures for window controls
-HD textures for Air-con controls
-New Iveco logo for the steering wheel (only for v1.24 and below)

*MPH speed markings will only appear on RHD versions.

Still no working on version 1.49 (i've made a rollback to this version because pro mods isn't updated yet).

It should work even on 1.43.
