Simply astounding work. Levels of contrast are improved from the previous rendition, including levels of clarity in the forms of lines and curves. Simplicity appears to be the most valued feature of this work; the previous piece was busy and difficult to follow. I certainly missed some of the extra elements, with their faces but the overall quality makes up for it. Colors are more rich where they need to be, and seem not to be as saturated as before. Red and greens are clear, and the sun's yellow tone is much more warmer. The level of detail is unsurpassed, with the grass spread surrounding the feet and multi-level depth of field present in the clouds. The hat still remains, and perhaps is the most iconic, alongside the smiles on the sun, its presence in the corner, and of course the green dinosaur. Along with levels of detail, the meteorite can be followed so well that the viewer almost knows exactly where its headed. This rendition has certainly set the standard.
