Sorry I have not added anything in a while I had hoped to post something a lot sooner but a few of the recent things I have worked on sadly fell through, so over a month ago I started 3 new design ideas, This particular one was started about 2-3 weeks ago and has been worked on and off since then...

It's themed around many things I loved from the 80's. Awesome classic movies like Terminator, Robocop, Blade runner, Tron. Infamous Videogame boxes and advertisements like the PowerGlove, Megadrive. Classic Dystopian Music like Vangelis, Jean- Michel Jarre or modern interpretation like Makeup and Vanity Set, Disasterpeace, Perturbator, Vogel, etc. Old 80s Arcade machines like the Discs of tron. On top of all the pop culture, I also wanted to reflect the "palette" of the 80's, bright clothing and dark neon city's where a big part of the design in those days and with my last new design being a more muted palette I felt it would be nice to do something bright and colourful.

With the logo and name I wanted the name to reflect an 80's feel, movies, games and products from around that period always seemed to have a number like the T1000, Ed209, C64, Sinclair ZX81, IBM Model 5150, G7000, Atari 2600, etc. Decimator was used as it felt 80s to me, I guess hints at words like terminator but also to decimate something is to destroy it (which works for CS, lol) and in 3D art often decimating is related to reducing the complexity of a model.
