Having a bit of trouble reading the guide. Can you provide more instruction on how to do so?

This is extremely competent. Shared it and favorited, which I've never done for a guide before.

beowulf sashimi make 75g and if you check your fish tab ingame and then cook sashimi. bream, herring, anchovy, sardine, smallmouth bass and other fish under 70g are ok!

@beowulf85 I read that CA didn't want cooked recipes to sell for more than the sum of it's ingredients, as he wanted folks to cook for the sake of health / energy, not profits. I haven't checked it my self though

Well done @Jrawly, a great reference and probably the best way to present the information for anyone familiar with spreadsheets (I'm so glad I know how to use them).
Will you be adding a section for the comparative value of selling cooked recipes? I can't find anything like that on line and I want to know if it is profitable, though perhaps it's better to keep it simple and keep distilling pale ale like I have been.

So instead of writing it all down here, in the GUIDE... you write it all in a google doc.. I hope you know alot of people are not gonna click that.
