199X - A Guide for the Location of Tapes

Hello there!

199X is an RPGMaker game that I found to be very critical, contemplative and immersive. I've been checking through discussion forums to realize that some players had trouble on finding the locations for tape recordings needed to unlock a secret room in the game, before the end of Day 6. The secret room reveals some background to the "condition" of Clara, alongside an easter egg concerning recorded songs themselves.

Day 1 - Tape 1
First tape is easy to notice. It resides in Clara and Jenny's apartment, in the middle of living room. You can collect it when you first come back from the hospital to look for Jenny, or whenever during the game before Day 7.

Day 2 - Tape 2
You'll discover the second one when you meet Darlene, next to her house by a dumpster. She'll invite you in without much explanation. It's on the rightside of the main area. You can get it anytime you wish before the end again.

Day 3 - Tape 3
In Day 3, you'll be invited to Glinda's apartment. The tape resides in the middle of her living room. You gotta get this one today I think, because there will be no appropriate circumstances after that point to let you into her apartment before Day 6 and this place will be completely different next time you visit in Day 6.

Day 4 - Tape 4
In Day 4, Darlene will be givin you a mission for visiting some shops around the city. This one resides in the one on 3rd Street (Thank you, Stranger1982 for correcting this for me!) - right next to the building where Clara and Jenny's apartment is. You can grab it on now or on Day 5. That's it.

Day 5 - Tape 5
On Day 5, Darlene will be giving you a mission concerning Rebecca. You'll get this one in Rebecca's apartment. Grab it before touching the console on the middle. There is no coming back to this place if you miss this one.

Day 6 - Tape 6
By the end of Day 6, after Glinda's show, you'll go back to her apartment to check on the rest of the band members. Things will be... a bit uncanny. Nothing to do here, aside grabbing the tape at the middle of ritual area.

Secret Room
There you are, collected all the tapes. Now it's time to go to the secret room before the end of Day 6. You won't be able to reach the secret room in Day 7. The building resides on the uppermost part of the city, a bit on the left of your entry point to the city from the hospital. Knock the door, and someone will ask you if you have collected them all. Clara will answer yes, and you'll get in.
