Update: 2.09.21 The appearance and stats of some units have been changed.

This mod reskins barbarian units of all barbarian factions from iceni to getae, including generals and officers.

I used some models of clothes from Attila, I think it will give more truthful appearance to barbarian units. You can see it on screenshots. Also I have made a new helmet which was often used by the barbarian nobility as we can see it on various images, pictures and movies.

Is this still being updated? Averni generals on horseback are missing their weapons any help? Otherwise mod works great.

This is a reskin of vanilla units only. Fractions; Germans, Celts, Getae and Gauls. This mod has no effect on non-vanilla units from other mods.
