SC3000 Coal Power Plant (fixed, original by Doughnut)

It really bothered me that there are almost no power plant assets, and the ones that existed were broken in some way.

This excellent power plant asset made by Doughnut had no LOD mesh, no illumination textures and the colours were slightly oversaturated.

So I fixed and re-uploaded it for you.

Stats: Like vanilla coal power plant
Lot Size: 7x6

Detailed Model: 2360 tris, 1024x1024 texture
LOD Model: 260 tris, 128x128 texture
