Welcome to Jubilee Motors! You haven't experienced sales harassment until you've stepped into one of our very friendly dealerships! We take "What can we do to put you in this car today?" to a whole new level!

This is our level 3 dealership. Don't worry, we'll be opening a dealership for you moms and pops, and even one for you poor schlubs! In the meantime, shoo! You can't afford these!



This is a vanilla building, the plus is that it will *not* explode your computer since the props are also directly from the game. Be aware a large number of car props out there will make your game run like lead stuck in granite. It has been thoroughly redecorated with signs, bollards, cars, etc and is custom lit.


***Thanks to SvenPotsdam we now have vanilla cars that are props, so we can finally simulate car dealerships!***

You can change/remove that by changing the floor height in the asset editor.

I totally agree: if I could have gotten inside that building, I would have actually put a few cars in it :D It's just a vanilla building that reminded my of a dealership, so I expanded the lot, decorated and planted, and made some color changes. :) Right above this comments is the link to SvenPotsdam. He made a totally custom dealership, and that's a cool idea he might be able to do

Looks nice, if you can remove the floor that can be seen between the windows it would be even better ;)

i am thinking of makin it myself do know how made some stuff alrdy ,lookin for cars now but can only find hyundais lol , i asked jr the signman to make some signs for me so maybe use the base and change into hyundai we will see

I love Peugeot cars :) How about I help you make your own! Here's how (it's so much fun):
Since you have a fast PC, you can definitely make your own dealerships, and you might be able to use a few custom car props. Just be aware the car props need to be in the hundreds of tris, not thousands. Definitely ask the creator if tris are not specified.
So you do this in the Asset Editor. Open up an existing building, and you can add prop cars, signs, lights, plants... everything, inside the asset editor. That's how I made this one, and it's so easy! Just read this wiki page and you'll be on your way to your own dealerships! Everything below "Modeling" isn't relevant to this, so only about the top 1/3 of the page is what you need. Have fun! http://www.skylineswiki.com/Asset_Editor

Hi Wastingpluto553 - I think it would be cool to have other people create some car dealerships. I don't know how to 3d model, so that's why I made this one out of a vanilla building where I expanded its size to 4x4. That's an amazing sign! I was searching for a long time last night but didn't see it. Its large file size makes me wonder how many tris it has.
Just so you know, a large percentage of the prop cars out there are WAY too high in tris to run on this game. The maximum for the biggest building is ~6000, there are tons of just tiny props out there that are around 20,000 and more O.O Be careful
