Tram Stop Park and Ride 2

A second version of my Park and Ride, that actually uses the edge of the road. There's now Bike Racks and garbage cans, as well as a couple of benches. Lights toned down for aesthetics, though still a smidge bright. Trams might find it tricky around the entry and exit corners of each platform, which is something I'll look into tweaking in a later version. Still somewhat basic, yet functional! Requires Snowfall.
