I decided to make the Katyusha ragdoll/NPC into a playermodel.

All I did was edit the bones and qc to make it work.

The current addon image is a placeholder until I make a decent one.

Includes:
- Proportions
- Firstperson hands
- Face flexes (blinking, mouth moves with mic.)
- Faceposing
- Fingerposing
- Ragdoll
- A bodygroup with her hat off

I didn't include the NPC, due to it already being on the workshop.
