What I did:
- added Shipwrecked compatibility
- fixed map icons & Sollyz SW fishing bug
- merged all of characters in single mod
- removed incompatibility with mods registering "wod" prefab - which allows Haruz and Komeiz to be played at the same time
- added full compatibility with small textures setting - you should now be able to play without any crashing

Hunger: 150 -> 350
Sanity: 90 -> 150
Health: 100 -> 200
Starts with fishing rod
Eating fishes increase stats
Fast -> VERY fast

Komeiz
Hunger: 150
Sanity: 90
Health: 120
Starts with piggback and chester eyebone
