All you need to do is go up the stairs to the left when you walk in the room. Stay up there and pick off the dogs one by one. When the dogs are all dead, lead the Capra Demon up the stairs. Once he gets up there, jump off and he hop down also. When he lands, smack his ♥♥♥♥ for a while. Rinse & repeat.
