i guess you're right buddy , somthing with the light must be mistaken by paradox ...is like when you shot a photo a you burn the film cause too much light enter in the " diaframma"
This isn't my screenshot, nor your LUT, but is very representative of what I'm seeing. If you have Paradox forum account, feel free to respond there instead so we don't clutter this page up :)
If you'll share some screenshots, we can compare notes.
This isn't a slight against this LUT - I have a feeling this is a combination of things, and possibly just the game engine itself. If it was as bad for everyone, there would be many more complaints than what I have found.
and still...i'd rather prefer a little less dark FX on blind spots
