Excuse me, but how do I attach the Sectoid Pistol to the Sectoid? Is there a bone I'm supposed to merge it to? Or do I have to just wing it?

My sectoid pistol almost doesn't react to light shined on it at all. And it seems to have a constant self lum even though I don't have any set
