DEI submod- No Imperium Requirements for Reforms

Descrição
A simple submod: all reforms trigger at the minimum turn level at imperium level one. This way you can make client states/satrapies and allies at your heart's content without worrying about missing your reforms.

This mod is a submod for Divide et Impera and requires all parts of that mod to function.



Thanks to Dresden, Litharion, Kam, and the rest of the DeI team for making such an amazing mod.

So it doesn't work with the latest version of Divida et Impera..? :| It wasn't save-game compatible either, perhaps?

So i got my imperial reforms for a few turns and was able to recruit evocati, legionary cohorts and legionary cataphract cohorts, but a few turns later I was only able to recruit legionary cataphract cohorts. I got my imperial reforms around 200 and its turn 215 now and still not able to recruit any other units. anyway to fix?
