It could have been beautiful forever; it WAS beautiful once. A shining city, a city of Heroes... but really, secretly, a city of Cows. Cows of all shapes and sizes. Bull and Heifer, Dairy and Beef, cows beyond compare. Oh there were these things called "Humans" wandering around, many people even claimed to be playing as them... but everyone knew it was really all about the cows.

And this story told the tail of the greatest, angriest and reddest cow of all. And why you needed to give her the chop. Yes, 3 days of research led to this, the greatest Mission Architect tale ever told using two letter Os instead of one, and gratuitous insertion of W's where the dictionary said none should go at all. But what does that Dic know, having never tugged a resisting udder on a cold winter's morn, because the blessing of a cow will soften stale cereal your starving farmyard children need to swallow?

So don't listen to him, here's is the video of Apocalypse Cow instead, recorded n the final few days before the City is itself about to be butchered for good. WATCH as the Bovine Avenger walks us through his finest hour, CRY as he points out all the ways in which un-addressed bugs which were added since 2009 break what once was then a perfectly honed Arc. GROAN at the over 500 cow puns, references or just extremely obscure bits of cow trivia. STARE IN DISBELIEF that anyone would bother being so obsessional, then KICK YOURSELF as you remember that Cows are where it's really at.

And then feel really melancholy as this world closes for good. But whilst it was here, it was GOOD.

(There's a few jump cuts to get the set up correct, and avoid filling my hard drive with uncompressed data; The mission fail messages aren't included but just included more cow jokes; and the camera work isn't perfect... but still, I hope it captures some of the creativity that was possible with the Mission Architect.)
