IMPORTANT
This building need "Sub-Buildings Enabler" Mod (This mod is only needed to place the asset, and can be disabled at any time without causing broken saves or missing assets.)

Dubai Pearl is a 300 m (984 ft), tall skyscraper under construction along Al Sufouh Road in Dubai, UAE.
The $4 billion project is a 73 story residential scraper.
Construction was started in 2009 and is estimated to be finnished in 2019


building: tris total= 532 and 1024x1024 texture
custom lod: tris total= 186 and 512x512 texture

The building is almost 40 tiles wide and 12 tiles in length. So it's pretty massive.

I’ve converted this building to RICO, but the smaller one part of Pearl became color variable. Can you give me any solutions?

@skoshukov Hi! I do not live in Dubai so unfortunately I can't take the car to take a closer look on the buildings I'm about to make.
I'd be happy if you could explain more in detail what you'd like to see, because I'm right now not really sure tbh :).
Isn't JBR the shortening of Jumeriah Beach Residence which are those high residential buildings located along the beach in the Marinas? And the beach hotel is that wave-looking building next to Burj al Arab?
As said, I'm not living in Dubai so I might have mixed things up.

@OfficiallySuron Great, I am not sure if you live in Dubai however the great place to strat would be the beach hotels and then create the JBR it self, I am not sure if you know about WTC (US) But the author seperated the model in to the different sets, you could split the parts by the names for example Set 1 Shams or Set 2 Bahar. Also you said that there could be a problem with the balconies, you coud make them like texture or have a look at the WTC (US) as the author made it look so briliant even with tiny objects.
