Kuvaus
Originally built in 1929 as the Williamsburgh Savings Bank Tower, 1 Hanson Place is amongst the world's largest clock towers and was until 2010 Brooklyn's tallest building at 37 floors and 156 meters tall. Designed in an art deco-informed Byzantine-Romanesque style, the Downtown Brooklyn tower was declared a New York City landmark in 1977 and was renovated into a luxury residential highrise in 2007.

Oops - I just assumed this was a RICO building. Mcarn01's comment alerted me. Is this a RICO building? If not, I can't use it, I don't think.

@infinitesunrise Hi there :^) Could you tell me, please, how many residents your building is set to add to the city population? Another modder set his at 240 residents, just as an example. I'd like to use buildings that will add the most residents to my city, if I can.

Very good asset, looks really great ingame. Maybe u could remove the back arches (of the little indoor areas) at the top. No idea if you interesected them. Otherwise great detail.

Hey Koesj, no worries the advice is welcome. That's not a bad idea, by my estimate that's like 1320+ tris that aren't doing anything useful (66 arches * 20 tris per inside arch face). If I get the time later this week I'll edit the model and update the asset, thank you!

Hiya, not to crimp your style or anything, but the back of those arches are still showing geometry /inside/ the building. Maybe if you delete those parts you can get the 26k tri count (and probably also filesize) down?

By all means, please add it to your collection! I'd be thrilled! However just add this 1:1 version, I'd rather keep the 1.5:1 version detached from any collections since it was a special one-off requested by a friend.
