The tower Scale 1:1,5

Descriere
A 1:1,5 scale version of the orignal tower to better fit the scale of other Cities skylines buildings.

Located along Sheikh Zayed road next to the iconic Al Yaqoub tower in Dubai.
It's a 243 meters tall building with 54 stories that was completed 2002.

@declanissmart: no, it's american english. Storey in America is spelled story and that's why the plural is stories. Get that?

I really like how this unique isn't much bigger than growables but stands out because it looks amazingly different. Many thanks for the 1 : 1.5

But honestly, if you make all of your buildings growables you'd end up with a good combination of offices and residential, so either way works

I think offices would be good, too, I have many GREAT residential buildings, but honestly,its up to you, it would be great either way!

I believe the main usage of this building is residential, is that OK or do you prefer something else?
