What is Scanner? How to craft it?

The Scanner is a tool that is implemented into the game in the H2.0 update.
It is used to scan fragments, to be used as blueprints, and life forms.
You need 2x Titanium and 1x Batter to craft it

Command

The Command is "FASTSCAN" you need to write this into console
and you will instantly scan everything ;)

Rickyslayer9 Press F3 Then F8,In The Top Left Corner You Will See "Disable Console" And A Little Box Filled In. Next You Click On The Little Box And The White Should Dissapear,Then Press Enter And Type In Your Command. Hope This Helps

This is helpful, but some people may not want to use console commands or do not know how to. Maybe you should make it clear in the title that this is a command rather than a strategy.
