This is a mod that I see on the nexus page, no longer updated, that I decided to continue developing. Credits to original author.

Destruction
Novice
Blood Drain: Absorb 8 points of health per second from the target.
Apprentice
Blood Bolt: A bolt that absorb 25 points of health.
Blood Rune: Cast on a nearby surface, it explodes and absorb 50 points of health.
Adept
Blood Blast: An explosion that absorb 40 points of health in a 10 foot radius.
Blood Cloak: For tot seconds, absorb 8 points of health per second from opponents in melee range.
Expert
Blood Wave: A wave that absorb 60 points of health and push back small targets.
Master
Blood Storm: A powerfull storm that absorb 75 points of health per second from a 100 foot area.

Spell Merchant
Spell Tomes are sold by Sybille Stentor.
You can buy Adept Spell Tomes when you reach lvl 50 in Destruction
You can buy Expert Spell Tome when you reach lvl 75 in Destruction
To be able to buy the master spell you must complete the Destrucion Ritual Spell quest.

Perks:

Destruction
Augmented Blood Magic: Blood magic spells absorb 25/50% more health.
Blood Curse: Blood damage curses targets if their health is low.

for ppl that aint figured out seeing comments sybille is the court wizard in solitude, she a secertive vampire bending poltics within skyrim

This mod is awesome, but I wanted to make sure you were aware of a bug. When you kill multiple enemies at the same time with blood wave or blood blast, there's a weird animation glitch where they're both animated to resurrect, but only one is a reanimated corpse while the other is just a corpse stuck in an animation. This only happens if you have the blood curse perk. I fixed the issue in my game by using console commands to remove the perk.

Everything else with the mod is fantastic. Casting speed is OP, but that's not a complaint. That's just fun. :)

wenn mann so tolle fähigkeiten haben soll sollte mann auch den leuten sagen das es kein buch zu finden gibt um diese mod zu nutzen deswegen daumen ruter habe das buch 70 stunden suchen nicht gefunden

The Spells have other basedamages ingames as in the mod describtion, for example Bloodblast does 25 damage and absorbs 15 and not 40 on both. Pls fix this.

is the compadible with the naruto mods as it ads perks to the destcruction tab id like too use them together if no ones tried ill be the first

five different characters, doing different questlines, at different levels, with different perks and builds etc: the mage in the blue palace NEVER sells the spell books. ....can you make it simply available to all magic sellers? and/or as loot? or in a fixed location? anything? The perks are on the tree, it's loading more or less correctly, but the spells don't exist. help please?
