It covers a whole city, sure, but the entertainment value isn't particularly high and the building is huge. Also, for those who don't want the city's only big theater to draw residents from all over town, there are mods to adjust the values of any building, in-game.

@BrowncoatTrekky. Ok and is it possible that these unique buildings attracts more tourists so it means - More money will be spend on transportation and tourists will go shopping more so you earn more money indirectly because this building lured them into the city? :D

Hey @Overlord I don't believe the game functions that way unless you use the Rush Hour mod and to do so @BenTracker would have made mention. There is no income generated from specific assets unless it's transport or Match Day type assets without the mod I mentioned.
