Modern Chapel is a house of worship with contemporary architecture. There are many beautiful old churches already in the workshop, but I thought a more modern-looking church would look good in some areas.

No custom assets or mods are required. The building is lit up at night, but the After Dark DLC is not required.

I made the model and the texture = the building is truly unique.

Nice! There is a big shortage of modern churches for a realistic city.

It is a park so that you can build many of them. There really isn't any better category available. It is just a simple little building, so I think it wouldn't fit well into the Unique buildings category.
By calling it unique I mean that I actually made the 3D model and the texture maps. Unfortunately lots of things at the workshop are just re-named copies of already existing assets.

Why a Park?
If you say the building is truly unique then PLEASE change it to = Building, Unique Building!
I mean, that would be cool :D
