Endings
Freedom Ending
Follow the narrator to the Mind Control Machine and switch it off. This also unlocks the Beat the Game achievement.

Bomb Ending
Identical to the Freedom Ending but turn the Mind Control Machine on.

Coward Ending
At the start of the game, close your office door.

Out-Of-Bounds Ending
Climb onto employee 434's desk and crouch over the monitor, then out of the window.

Museum Ending
Follow the narrator to the Mind Control Facility entrance, then follow the left path labelled escape.

Insanity Ending
Follow the narrators instructions to the staircase to the Boss's Office and head down.

Confusion Ending
Go against the narrator until you reach the maintenence room. Head in and take the elevator down. You will be guided through the rest. (This is the most elaborate ending in the game.)

Escape Pod Ending
Follow the narrator until you reach the Boss' Office then slowly enter it. When the doors begin to close walk backwards into the hallway. The narration will abrupty stop, and a new door will open outside Stanley's office. Head there and follow the new path.

Heroic Ending
Go against the narrator until you reach the warehouse, walk off the edge to your death.

Apartment Ending
Reach the warehouse, take the elevator platform and answer the phone.

Real Person Ending
Reach the warehouse, take the elevator platform and unplug the phone. After a cutscene head through the door to the right.

Space Ending
Reach the warehouse, take the elevator platform and jump off onto the catwalk. Continue to the choice doors and choose the red door. (This ending will not auto restart.)

Suicide Ending
Complete the Space Ending then exit the room. When you reach a staircase, repeatedly throw yourself off of it.

Heaven Ending
Follow the Freedom Ending keeping an eye out for computer monitors that are awaiting input. If you find one, interact with it and reload the game. Repeat this until your office computer awaits input. Providing input will take you to Stanley Heaven. (This ending will not auto restart.)

Cheaters Ending
Type "sv_cheats 1" in the console and you will be taken to the serious room. (This ending will not auto restart.)

Baby Game Ending
Reach the warehouse, take the elevator platform and jump off onto the catwalk. Continue to the choice doors and choose the blue door multiple times. The final blue door behind you will take you to the baby game. Fail it to get this ending.

Art Ending (4-Hour Baby Game)
Identical to the Baby Game Ending but you must beat it. If you're crazy enough to attempt this I suggest you use a macro.

Whiteboard Ending
Continuously reload the game until you spawn in an alternate office layout that's blue. Enter office 426 to find a very special whiteboard left for you.
Achievements
The game has 10 achievements in total. A minimum of 2 runs are required to unlock all of them.

Beat The Game
Complete the Freedom Ending.

Welcome Back!
Exit and re-open the game.

Achievement
In the menu, go to Extras and enable achievements.

You Can't Jump
Mash the space bar until it unlocks.

Click On Door 430 Five Times
Click door 430 five times and follow the narrator's instructions.

8888888888888888
Input 8888 on the keypad behind the Boss' desk twice.

Speed Run
First you'll want to continue the Freedom Ending until you reach the Boss' Office, from there input the code and go down the elevator. Then continuously reload the game using the "Begin the game again" function in the menu until you begin in one of three alternate office
layouts, one is a striaght corridor to the choice doors and the other two are blue offices with a short walk to the choice doors. From there continue the Freedom Ending as normal without stopping, if you were quick enough you will unlock this achivement and if not just continue to reload.

Commitment
Either leave the game running from Monday night onwards or follow Speach's guide. If you choose the former approach, make sure your OS won't automatically restart and that you are fully in-game (not the main menu).

Go Outside
You can wait out the five years of non-playtime or you can change your computer's date and time settings to five years ahead of the current date before re-launching the game.

Unachievable
It is impossible to get this achievement by normal means but is has been debated that it can occur at random and changes requirements after every patch. You can achieve this however in a more illegitimate way by setting your config.cfg file to read-only and adding
"bind “x” “~;_u”" to the binds list. The config file for the game is located in "Steam\SteamApps\common\The Stanley Parable\thestanleyparable\cfg\config.cfg". After modifying the file relaunch the game and press the x key while in-game.
Secrets
Keypad Secrets
Behind the Boss's desk the keypad used in the story actually has more codes that can be entered into it, there is a total of three usable codes. (The linked video only demonstrates 1947.)
  • 2845 - Opens the secret passageway.
  • 1947 - Plays the standard dialog and occasionally opens the passageway. Possibly a reference to the code from the original mod, 1957.
  • 8888 - Can be entered twice to get an achievement.
Broom Closet
If you continue down the left door path, you will encounter the Broom Closet. Stand in the Broom Closet for extra dialog. In the next playthrough stand in the Broom Closet again for more dialog. In the next playthrough the Broom Closet will be boarded up.

Stanley Heaven
Stanley Heaven is a secret area in the game filled with buttons, it is debated if it should be counted as an ending becuase it doesn't restart the game but you cannot continue from it. In order to reach Stanley Heaven you must find computers throughout the game that say "Awaiting Input", if you interact with these computers they will change to say "Input Recieved". You can only input on one computer per playthrough so you must interact and restart in this order.
  • The computer on desk 419.
  • The computer on desk 423.
  • The Computer on the secretary's desk outside the Boss's Office.
  • The computer on desk 434.
  • Finally, Stanley's Computer at the beginning.
Room 417 Dialog
If you close both doors to the small hallway near Room 417 you will get an extra piece of dialog.

Employee Of The Year Photo
If you go through the left door and interact with the leaf painting it will turn into an employee of the year photo. The picture is of Gran-PC, a developer of the game.

The Disco Room
In the large monitoring room of the employees continue as normal but don't take the elevator and wait. Eventually the gates back to the other platforms will re-open and you want to go back and press the lights button again. This will trigger the rooms disco mode and a song to accompany it.

The Elevator
After your first playthrough if you go to the Boss's Office you can now open the set of double-doors which lead to a large bare room with an elevator to the left of it. If you enter this elevator it will play a catchy ttune with what is presumably the narrator muttering along to the tune. The elevator does not actually move and is just for cosmetic purposes.

The Executive Bathroom
After your first playthrough if you go to the Boss's Office you can now enter the Executive Bathroom which is a organised clean blue room with some poetic text written in black ink across the wall. This can come in three variants which are listed here.
  • "Because the boss knows that what the boss says goes, if the boss's suffered losses then that's what the boss chose!".
  • "To be rich - is it a crime? To commit crimes - isn't it rich? What a life it would be to have to pick just one!!"
  • "I've got the feeling... Moneys for stealing... But not yours, of course! Say, that's a lovely purse."
References
There are a few references to other games and media hidden throughout the story. Here's the currently known list.
  • If you head down the staircase to the Boss' Office there will be a note from the game Gone Home.

  • Continue the Confusion Ending until you meet the adventure line in a zig-zag pattern down a corridor. To the left are a stack of boxes with Dallas' mask from the game Payday: The Heist leaning on them.

  • Go to the set of red and blue choise doors but don't choose one, just outside of them are papers from the game Papers, Please.

  • At the staircase from the Suicide Ending, in the room there is a crayon drawing of the
protagonist from the game Ittle Dew.

  • On the desk of employee 423 there is a diary entry from the game Analogue: A Hate Story.

  • On the meeting room table you can find a T.P.S. Report from the film Office Space.[www.imdb.com]
Console Commands
There are various random console commands in the game designed for the player to have fun with. To access the console, first add -console to the game's launch settings. When you next start the game press the grave key (`) to open the console.

Facepunch Texture Effect
Typing "facepunch" into the console will replace all in-game textures with this image.[i.imgur.com]

Raphael Narration Change
Typing "raphael" into the console will replace all of the narrator's dialogue with Stanley's name.

Bark Noise
Typing "bark" into the console will play a barking sound when you resume the game.

There's a phone on on 434's desk that sometimes rings. When interacted with, Stanley's wife/girlfriend reminds him to pick up some shopping before coming back home.

It's so strange hearing another voice in this game after so long with just the narrator.
