What do you need for it?

All you need is an autoexec script.
You can get one here[autoexec.global-offensive.com] and a tutorial for it here.

What do you have to do?

Go to your Autoexec script and edit it with any program (Editor, Word, ...).
Copy and paste the following into your Autoexec (Key is set to u)

alias +spin_karambit "-lookatweapon;+reload"
alias -spin_karambit "+lookatweapon;-reload"
bind u "+spin_karambit"

You can edit the Key from

bind u "+spin_karambit"

to any other key (for example n,m,...)

And how can I spin it now ingame?

You have to execute your Autoexec Script. Open your Console and type in

exec Autoexec

Now press your key you set the Alias Command to. In my script example it's u. Hit the bind as many times as you want to.
