By It's Super Effective!
Hey Super Gamers,

It’s Super Effective here, Update 18 for Warframe blew our collective minds with the release of the cinematic Second Dream Quest, this introduced some some new activities and game mechanics that could use some explanation. This guide will explore the finer details about the new Focus system which is related to the Second Dream Quest, so if you havn’t played it yourself, consider this your official spoiler warning.

This new Focus system is very much in beta, so just keep in mind that by the time you see this video, values and mechanics might have changed, but hopefully the general information and tips provided can still be of service.

I frequently use noise arrows on thon, ceres, to force the enemies to group up. This saves me a lot of time since I don't have to hunt them all down individually. I'll usually enter the reactor room, shoot the other side of the room with a noise arrow, then kill the stragglers that are too far away from the arrow to be affected. By the time I've killed a few stragglers, a group has formed, and my silenced tonkor can easily kill all of them in one shot. I never lose my stealth multiplier due to using the noise arrow. As far as I can tell, the comment about breaking your multiplier isn't true.

@Crimson 73 Yes I use this farming method currently.

would this still work as of U18.3?

Not the last time I did it. The trick is to stay in Prowl and use a silenced explosive weapon like Tonkor on the group, making sure every enemy is in the group and there are no single enemies within the 5 meter radius of anything in the group. Eliminating the group and all the witnesses with one hit is the key.

True, they don't alert enemies, but killing a group of enemies who were moved by the noise arrow will break your stealth multiplier.

Ivaras nise arrows do NOT alert enemies, at least when you are in Prowl.
