This is the Hobbit: Strategy Battle Game which updates the Lord of the Rings: Strategy Battle Game. They released an introductory set called Goblin Town.

FAQ:
All minis are assumed to be holding a melee weapon, so no weapon is listed specifically for them, they are included in stat line. The Wargear is all extra stuff they can use.

Throwing Weapons:
You must be charging a guy to throw a throwing weapon in the movement phase. You must go to 1" away from the target, make the extra free throwing attack, then go into base-to-base contact. The only way to avoid the base to base, is if the target dies, then you can charge a different in-range target. Otherwise, you have to wait until the Shoot phase to use a ranged weapon.
