Intro
Hey guys, CMDR Caustic_Soda here :3

So I arrived at Robigo Post-Horizons and I found that there are still, if not, more multi-million dollar missions.
I looked through them and the trading rank requirements are still quite high, which is good, most are Entrepreneur+. Most of them are smuggling missions and do have large payouts; however, the low cargo smuggling missions (approx 2-12) are all no scan missions. Meaning if you get scanned ONCE during your entire flight back, they'll all fail. At least you have a cargo full of slaves to sell ^.^. The "normal" smuggling missions which are just transport A -> B have about the same payout, but require a LOT more of the cargo to be transported.

For example, I saw one mission for about 4 million cr, which was a no scan mission, and a 3 million cr, which was a normal mission. There's only a million credit difference between the two, yes, it's 100% safe, yes, but you have to carry 70-180 cargo MORE, thus removing your ability to carry on more missions. It also appears that the Open/Solo DOES still swap up your missions, I will update that after the update that started about 20 minutes ago from the time I was writing this.
(Update: It SOMETIMES works.)

But I HAVE found a solution to this no scan mission "problem(?)" which is pretty straightforward.
Steps
In all the time I took looking at all the missions, they all required obscene amounts of cargo except for the no scan missions (Thanks, Frontier, I see what you're doing here...) BUT none of them require UNIQUE cargo. So I have a simple step-by-step guide in order to maximize your profits from Robigo Post-Horizons.

1) Bring a ship with a..decent amount of cargo space
2) Go to Robigo (duh)
3) Accept as many missions as you can, normal or no scan, provided you have enough cargo space for the mission. Preferably involving the transport of slaves. Check the mission destinations though, no one likes flying 100,000 Ls for a 2 mill mission.
4) After you accept the mission, immediately sell off the cargo you received for the mission. Robigo has a black market, so no worries on what you get. Note: Regardless of the missions you accept, do NOT accept any below 1 hour or let any of your CURRENT smuggling missions go below one hour.
5) Continue to accept the missions you can, selling the cargo each time.
6) If you run out of missions, swap to Open/Solo and repeat. If no more missions show up or they didn't change, relaunch Elite.
7) Once you have a good amount of rewards in missions, make sure you have no cargo, this reduces the likelihood of RANDOM pirate attacks, mission ones will still attack you. (may be updated post Horizons 1 patch)
8) Prioritize the mission with the lowest time left and find a station near it's destination that sells the commodity you need to complete it. Use this site to find the stations.[eddb.io] Then simply buy the cargo since it's not unique.
9) Use the power of silent running to sneak into the station. If you use auto-dock like a weird person, make sure it's disabled. It WILL get in your way. Note: Chaffs block the scans of HUMAN players, they will not block the scans of NPCs. If you start to get scanned and you're not within 7 seconds of the entry dock (getting inside the docking bay will cancel all scans from NPCs), you have two options.
One is relogging (yes, its a cheap way to get out of it, but it's still a method.), the other is boosting at least 2.5KM away from the nearest FSS/SAV and hope you got away before the scan finished. Note that Outposts (stations with platforms on the OUTSIDE) normally do not have FSS flying around it so you can safely land on it.
10) Repeat 8&9 until all missions are done.

Thanks for reading!
HUGE FYI
Something REALLY important for you to know. If at ANY point you are interdicted by FSS (Federal Security Service) or a SAV (System Authority Vessel), do NOT fight the interdiction. Submit by throttling to 0 then, once out of super cruise, immediately boost away and jump back into super cruise once your cooldown ends. The time between you dropping, cooling down then jumping into SC out, is less than it takes for the NPC to scan you.

THERE IS NO ABORT. IF YOU ARE INTERDICTED, YOU EITHER ESCAPE OR ITS OVER.

This includes submitting, your ship is considered "in danger" and you will have a 15 second logout delay.

Or....be that guy and kill the game.

Good luck Smugglers!

You'll have to bring them to multiple destinations. That's just how it'll work. But Robigo will be closing soon, for info on it, talk to one of us at http://siriusinc.enjin.com

Military outposts have security forces that will scan your ship... But I think those smuggling missions never go to those types of outposts.
and If you are a crazy skilled enough pilot like I am, the silent running strategy is not neccessary. Come out of super cruise inside the orbital path of a station so you are relatively in front of a station's 'letterbox slot' when you drop out of SC. And simply fly like a crazy person at full speed into the station long before any sec ship has a chance to scan you. (Of course request docking asap). They can't scan you once you enter the station. I rarely get scanned this way.
Also time your landing gear deployment just before you enter the slot so your ship has time to slow down and you dont end up pancaking into the opposite end of the station :P

Following these steps to simply avoiding cop NPCs scanning you seems to take up needless time. All one needs to do when a cop interdicts you/shows up, is to simply shoot at the cop (you've plenty of time to do this before he finishes his scan). Keep in mind, one must deal with cops if they're in the system you need to turn in a mission. By dealt with, I mean destroy him, disable him, beat his interdiction, or jump out of system and back in again. Otherwise, that specific cop will follow you all the way to your destination and scan you anyway, even if you get away from him (from shooting at him once, for example).

"The time between you dropping, cooling down then jumping into SC out, is less than it takes for the NPC to scan you."

This is a lie.

ah thanks, it seems i have being carrying the cargo needlessly across the galaxy and thats why i get shot down

@tokee
That's correct. You re-buy the cargo close to the stations to maximize your jump distance and minimize your risk.

wait so you accecpt the mission and sell the cargo, then buy cargo close to the station? i'm kinda confused and being shot down for carrying slaves the few runs
