Inside the tomb behind this vine wall
On the right when you enter the tomb

In the church on the left before the blackpowder quest, inside the chest

After entering the big house, down this hall to the right is the room where the false wooden wall is
Go to the room under the stairs and you will see a skull mounted on the wall at the end of the room
Then return in that room with the false wooden wall and there it is

Inside the tomb behind this vine wall
Jump on the opened chest and look on the wooden beam

Once in the square, after the blackpowder quest, reach the corner in the left and follow this steps:
Jump on the wooden box
Then on the wooden beam that protrudes from the wall
And then on the little roof ahead
Finally you'll reach another mini-roof
Here you'll find the second Grimoire
