@cjbleything Might do some re-texturing in the future. There are alot with this building i'm not quite happy with.
@rhah Yeah I agree. It was one of my first assets so there are flaws in both the texture and the 3d-model.

But I mean if you want to try to create any of the building on this road, I'd say just go for it.
I'd recommend maybe start of with a building that hasn't got so many different shapes etc. because there are some things you need to figure out like UV-mapping, adding textures (diffuse, specular etc.), tris-count etc.
This Marina 101 will not have a 1:1 unique building when it's pretty modified and not superdetailed at a current state. I believe @naskko26 had a 1:1 version of this model which he hopefully re-uploads to the workshop soon.
But for any future models I'll keep that in mind.
