[Retired] SABRE Engine

This is a mod that was initially developed by Embershard. He and I are friends and after asking him, I have exclusive permission to keep his mods updated and provide modifications to it, such as balancing or mechanic changes. I would like to keep them close to how he created them, as I think they're great as is. Updates may be infrequent, but I'll do my best to keep them alive.

Description:
These are meant as powerful 'ion' engines that are balanced as alternatives to the vanilla ones. With 50% atmospheric capabilities, they're not completely unusable on planets, they're but not meant as an all-purpose thruster.
