It is strongly recommended that you use the following mod with this asset: Boformer's Sub Buildings Enabler (Note that it is only required to place the building, and can be disabled at any time without breaking the asset or the game)

This mod is required if you want the fully functional integrated metro station to plop down with the building. If you do not use this mod, this asset will simply plop down as a University (with no metro).

It is also strongly recommended to use this mod for the integrated metro station: Multi-Track Station Enabler (or a similar mod, such as traffic++, to enable you to use the second line of the metro)

Hello guys, I'm finally releasing the first two pieces of a 6 (possibly 7) piece set for a modular education system. This asset is to be used in conjunction with this asset for a fully modular experience! It is inspired by the Sir George Williams campus (Concordia University), found in downtown Montreal (with some minor modifications for convenience sake).

As with any asset that uses flat terrain, I highly recommend you flatten out terrain beforehand, or place this building on flat terrain, if you plan on using this asset in its modular form (otherwise you'll get wonky building placement when they're next to eachother).

This asset works as both a

University

as well as an integrated

Metro station.

It has two built-in metro lines (much like the real thing). It has a large radius to meet all your metropolitan needs, and a slightly higher-than-vanilla education value, as this is one of the largest Universities in Canada and one of the most renown. You can change the color of the orange banner thanks to the mapping provided.
