When assigning a Spy to your own city, that city will receive +5 food and +2 happiness. If you assigning a spy to the city of civilization which at War or Denounce with you, there is a chance that it will cause resistance.

Adjacent enemy city will start resistance but unit lost 15 HP. This unit is not obsolete.

UU: Handy Massager
Siege unit deadly at melee attacks versus cities. Can build at Electricity and Only the SOX may build it.
