IMDC V-55 Condor Heavy Gunship

The Condor is a military gunship, able to provide fire support to ground troops and to deliver cargo or reinforcements from orbit to the ground. Equipped with a jumpdrive, assembler, oxygen generator and cargo hook.

I tested it several times, possible that energy requirements or performance have been altered by the devs, or it is you method. Don't know. Try to pull the ship up at an altitude of 4000-5000 m and give full thrust with ions.
