Teammates can be called while taking several non-heavy attacks without the enemy interrupting the call.
A downed Helldiver can survive a few more non-heavy attacks to complete a Reinforce.
A downed Helldiver may be revived with the rest if KIA while Reinforcing, since a paranoid noob will generally die anyway, but lead to a complete mission restart otherwise.
Players forgetting to Reinforce has led to many a rage-quit.

Let people get their gear back after resurrection or wait for resupply pods.
Unless you are in crowded defense missions, don't always try to kill enemies with resurection pods. Make resurrection safe for your team members.
Don't run into the line of sight, just because enemies popped up on the opposite corner and you want the kills. Pick a spot and an angle and guard it.
When running in a corridor, run on the sides and give you teammates the opportunity to hit too.
Play by value for the team, not for kill numbers and your friendlist will explode.
